Associate Quality Assurance Engineer

📌 About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Associate Quality Assurance Engineer to help ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. This role provides hands-on experience in testing, bug tracking, and collaborating with development teams.

🔧 Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test cases (manual and automated)

• Identify, document, and report software defects

• Collaborate with developers to resolve issues

• Participate in requirement analysis and design reviews

• Perform regression and performance testing

• Help maintain and improve QA processes and tools

📚 Requirements

• Basic knowledge of software testing methodologies

• Familiarity with manual testing and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA)

• Understanding of SDLC and STLC processes

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Eagerness to learn automation testing tools (Selenium, etc.) is a plus
