We are looking for a highly motivated Intern HR Executive to support our HR team in managing key functions like recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance tracking. This internship offers a great opportunity to gain real-world HR experience in a fast-paced work environment.


🔧 Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment: posting jobs, shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews

  • Maintain and update employee records

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes

  • Help coordinate employee engagement activities and events

  • Assist with HR reports, documentation, and compliance tasks

  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally


📚 Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree/diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to a team


💡 Bonus Skills (Not Required but Nice to Have)

  • Familiarity with HR tools or platforms (e.g., Zoho People, BambooHR)

  • Experience with LinkedIn recruiting

  • Basic understanding of labor laws and HR policies
