🔧 Responsibilities
Assist with recruitment: posting jobs, shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews
Maintain and update employee records
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Help coordinate employee engagement activities and events
Assist with HR reports, documentation, and compliance tasks
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
📚 Requirements
Pursuing a degree/diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Eagerness to learn and contribute to a team
